- Any private retailer (Like Wal-Mart, Target, clothing stores, grocery stores, hardware stores, malls, movie theaters etc.) with or without a ‘No Guns’ sign posted.
- Airport baggage claim or passenger drop off/pickup
- Driving past a school on a public street
- Banks or financial institutions
- National and state parks (with restrictions on federal buildings on federal property)
- MTS Trolley, bus, Coaster
- Library
NO! YOU CAN NOT CARRY HERE
- PETCO Park, SDCCU (Qualcomm / SnapDragon) Stadium, Del Mar Fairgrounds, Pechanga Arena (Sports Arena), North Island Credit Union Ampitheater
- Post Office
- Bars that serve alcohol
- Secure area of airport
- Federal, State, or City government buildings where government administration occurs (court houses, city halls, county admin building, law enforcement offices, elected officials’ offices)
- School property
- Sheriff or police station
- Military base
- Amtrak
- A political protest of any kind
- A polling station for voting in elections
